A convenient way to make collecting funds from parents directly from within MySchoolWorx, safely and securely.
TUITION: Gives you the ability to create tuition invoices (one-time and recurring) and gives parents the ability to pay directly from within MySchoolWorx seamlessly (no additional accounting apps needed by you!).
LUNCHES: Parents will be able to place orders and pay for their child's lunches directly from within MySchoolWorx.
SCHOOL MERCHANDISE: Will allow parents to pay for uniforms, books, and school merchandise safely and securely.

Recent Updates to MySchoolWorx
UrgentCast Text Messaging Upgrades to Pay by Credit Card.
Sending Broadcast texts just got easier - and more affordable.
UrgentCast text users gain more control over spending with the credit card update. In addition to the convenience of paying by credit card, you can now track the number of messages you use by month and year and track your spending/payment history. With this feature update, texting now also costs less - at just a penny and a half per 153-character message, UrgentCast is the best texting value in the marketplace. UrgentCast allows you to launch (sms) text messages to the mobile phones of parents and other users of your MySchoolWorx portal. Students Can Submit Completed Homework Directly to the Assignment.
Collecting completed student assignments in the MySchoolWorx portal makes homework management easier.
Post Homework to the Assignment in MySchoolWorx - Students already had the ability to attach completed homework to messages in MySchoolWorx. Now, when creating assignments, Teachers and Administrators have the ability to allow Students and Parents to attach files directly to those individual assignments, for better organization & management.
The system:
• Lets Students (and Parents, if desired) send in completed homework files directly to the Assignment in MSW
• Date-and-Time-Stamps all submissions
• Gives Teachers ability to limit number of submissions per student assignment
• Allows Admin users to determine if Parents can submit homework on behalf of students by grade level
• Provides a snapshot view of which Students have submitted homework
• Automatically creates an Assignment Folder by Student Name for easy Teacher download and storage
• Allows Teachers to download completed homework files by student or group/all at once

Expanded Languages in "Translations"
Multiple languages helps improve communications with with parents and students.
View MySchoolWorx in Multiple Languages - All users can now select to view a translated version of MySchoolWorx from the black language drop-down button for an expanded group of languages, which now includes French, Haitian Creole, Chinese (Traditional), Chinese (Simplified), in addition to Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, and Romanian.

Close-out Wizard
Submitting Close-out info is easier from within the portal.
Close-out Data Submission Form – Admins now have the convenience of providing Close-out dates and Next School Year Grading Period dates to MySchoolWorx from directly within their portal, making year-end closeout and next year set-up easier, and faster.
Make "what's next" easier for Parents when enrolling.
Submission Response Messaging on the Online Enrollment Form - You now have the option to add a unique message to the end of the online enrollment form, which will appear once the form is submitted. Schools can add further instructions or next steps, including hyperlinks to web pages, for example.
A "fixed" gradebook header creates visual ease and saves time.
Gradebook Header Lock - Users never lose sight of the name of the assignment the grades are for when scrolling down. A “fixed” gradebook header saves time and creates visual ease.
“Date Printed” Automatically Applied to Exported Transcripts
No action required on your part - Transcripts now always contain the date printed on them when exporting.
Added “Date Printed” to Transcripts - All printed transcripts now automatically show the date they were generated, so there is never a question on the date prepared.
Tracking attendance is easier when you can instantly see the date and time recorded.
Showing the Date and Time Stamp while you are taking attendance helps attendance takers manage the process and lets admins know exactly when attendance was taken.
Re-enrollment just got easier for everyone with the Re-Enrollment Wizard feature enhancement.
The Re-Enrollment Wizard helps walk parents through their online profile to update information about their student. During the re-enrollment process, parents will have access to update their student's personal information, medical information, and approved check out list and to upload documents to their student's resources page.
Create Custom Groups that staff members can use for sending messages.
Create Custom Groups for Messages - Admins can create custom messaging groups and give permission to message that group to the necessary staff members. For example, you can create a Varsity Volleyball message group and allow the coach to message the group, or an Elementary staff group and allow the head elementary teacher to message that group.
Transcript display options have been expanded to include the overall percentage grade per year - and cumulatively for the entire transcript history as well. Admin users have the option to select 1, 2, 3, or no decimals from the top of the page to reveal percentage display style on the transcript.

MySchoolWorx has expanded options for teachers to create special comments associated with a specific grading period. Administrators have the ability to choose whether to publish comments on report cards.
New Special Comments for Grading Periods gives Teachers ability to expand on student performance explanations by grading period.
Mobile App - The Mobile App is now available on iOS (Apple), Android (Samsung and many other android devices). It is free to download and use for all MySchoolWorx subscribing schools and their parents. The Mobile App 1.0 launches with vital communications features, allowing parents to send and receive messages, receive alerts, and stay on top of their student's assignments and school activities via the calendar.

The New Student Enrollment option is an online enrollment form inside MySchoolWorx that integrates with your website. The feature allows you to receive, review and either approve or deny applications directly in MySchoolWorx, then auto-lists approved applications student as pre-enrolled, and sends parent log-in information. Parents can complete and submit an enrollment application from any device - smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc. The online enrollment feature for new students saves you processing time, paper and money, and is free to use by all subscribing MySchoolWorx Schools.

Good reports have the ability to transform raw data into information you can use to improve school administration and parent communications. The MySchoolWorx dev team continues to increase reporting capabilities for you.

1. Parent Employment Information: Admins can now generate reports containing parent employment information. To view this option, log into the portal and find it here: Reports> Create Report> Parent Information.
2. Teacher Information Reports: This report allows you to pull teacher names, emails, addresses and phone numbers into a report.To view this option, log into the portal and find it here: Reports> Create Report> Teacher Information.
3. Student Allergies Reports: Track the most prevalent allergies in your student body with a report on Student Allergies.To view this option, log into the portal and find it here: Find it here: Reports> Create Report> Student & Allergies.
4. Approved Check Out List Entries: This report pulls every parent/guardian allowed to pick up the child to keep on file or hand out to your car pickup line staff and aftercare workers, etc. To view this report option, log into the portal and find it here: Report> Create Report> Approved Checkout List.
5. Print All Report Cards at Once: Now you can save even more time by printing out all reports at once. To view this report option, log into the portal and find it here: Reports> Report Cards> Create Report Card.
6. Back to Report Cards Archive Button: This new button has been added to quickly take you back to the reports page. To view this report option, log into the portal and find it here:Reports> Report Cards> Create Report Card.
7. Transcripts - Ability to show only UGPA/WGPA: Remove the display of the SGPA category on your Transcripts. To view this report option, log into the portal and find it here: Users> Student> Student's Name> Academics> View Complete Transcript.
8. Combine Parent & Student Data - Create a report that includes both Parent Data and Student Information. To view this report option, log into the portal and find it here: Reports> Parent & Student
3. Admin Permission Controls in Transcripts - With Administrator access to MySchoolWorx, you can control whether or not teachers have access to the Academic portion of a student's profile.
We've added more functions to Lesson Plans and Classes that are huge time-savers for both Teachers and Admins.
1. Move/Copy Lesson Plans to Any Day - Provides users the freedom to move any lesson plan to any day along with the option to drag and drop lesson plans within the week.
2. Organizing Classes & Lesson Plans - Teachers and Admins can now customize the order in which your classes appear in both the Class view and in the Lesson Plan view.
1. Attendance – Admins: Admin users of MySchoolWorx can now filter by Class Name in Unsubmitted Attendance to view unsubmitted attendance by class name.
MySchoolWorx adds even more convenience with 4 enhancements to our communications features.
1. Messaging Convenience for Parents - Now Parents can Message all their kids' teachers from any child's view in the portal. A big convenience for parents who need to get in touch regarding communications that affect all their children.
2. Message Alert Content Display - Message Alerts displays actual Message in the emailed Alert, not just a notification that a Message Alert has arrived.
Admin Discipline Review - Admins now have a "Review" option in Discipline Events. This option provides Administrators the ability to review discipline events created by any Teacher or Administrator before the discipline goes out to a parent in MySchoolWorx or as an Alert.
